Can't Install Forge: basicr package errors

Description

I believe the error is coming from the basicr package and it is incompatible with something? My laptop is Mac 14.5 (23F79) with M3 Pro chip. I first installed "Stable Diffusion WebUI by AUTOMATIC1111" with SDXL first, before attempting to install "Stable Diffusion WebUI Forge by lllyasviel"
