Stable Webui-FORGE Install problem

When you install FORGE, the process begins but then it ends with the same Install page that it started with, rather than stating that installation is done. This is very confusing. This happened more than once, on two different computers. At first I just gave up assuming there was an install issue.

The next time I disregarded the offer to Install (again), and simply Launched FORGE which worked fine. Keep in mind that when you first launch FORGE it needs to then install some things. The next time it will launch much faster.

Anyone have the same experience ?
