Instability graphical artifacts across user interface & screen tearing

Running Manjaro x8664 Nvidia 1080 TI

Running on x11 and not Wayland

Absolutely no stability in the application

Crashes only two or three minutes after launching app image

All sorts of graphical artifacts across the UI including bizarre screen tearing

Every time I try to download any models or even interfaces the very first screen immediately crashes with all of the bizarre graphical artifacts and screen tearing
