Model Browser Returning Random Results

Starting seemingly at least after 2.5.6 (not entirely sure which specific version it was, I was originally thinking it might have been CivitAI but it doesnt appear to occur in 2.5.6) at random when browsing pages it will seemingly at random return results from entirely random and incorrect pages including results from previous pages or others. Going forward and back will in fact not even return an identical page at all when it occurs. One of the telltale signs is I will notice the 'total' pages seems to reduce and even cycle up and down as i go forward/backwards in pages.
