Checkpoint Manager filter broken - sorting/clearing

What happened?

When in the checkpoint manager, when I click filter I expect to see a button to clear all base model types and when I click a model type I expect the manager to filter out all but the model I selected.

Instead, the only way to clear the filter is to manually deselect each model until the desired model(s) are left. Worse, the manager won't filter the models no matter what individual model(s) are chosen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stability Matrix.
2. Open Checkpoint Manager
3. Select Filter

From here, all models are selected, but manually deselecting the models still does not filter the models. The only way to "filter" them is by sorting by base model.
