For SM's gallery or whatever default is on the right on inference panel can a AI or manual labelling be added to do like what CivitAI does - with that toggleable NSFW warning?
In the case of easier implementation probably can just have it mass read or selectively label images based on the Metadata already present in the images based on the internal Loras & Checkpoints data from CivitAI about what a tagged lora's content type rating is (including self-manual database edited ones) and allow that to 'hide' (via warning image or blacken with opposing NSFW word font).
