An Unexpected Error while installing for the first time

What happened?

1. Opened it for the first time
2. Installed a first UI and model, I believe it was Forge and something realism, both were just the first choice in their respective lists, to test it out.
3. While installing got this error

Have tried a few times now, have yet to get either Forge or ComfyUI Zluda to even launch, let alone generate anything.

I'd recommend trying SD Next for AMD support, Forge is quite old now.
