function perhaps in settings or checkpoint manager that will scan all the files and move them to the correct folder location. helpful when switching to portal mode or when an install is corrupted due to misconfiguration. Tool can also perhaps check for duplicate item and delete them where they might of been misconfigured i.e not using symlink, etc or when changing config.
