Rate checkpoints in the checkpoint manager by user defined categories and sort/filter

Proposal

Something that would be very useful for those who have large libraries of checkpoints is to add a way to attach ratings to each model in the checkpoint manager, ideally with a user defined category, then allow to filter and sort by those as well. It would be helpful if that metadata is also maintained for deleted models (that way, if you downloaded a model and didn't like it, you could ideally reference that and not re-download it again when browsing.

If this isn't clear, as an example: Select a "Rating Category" at the top then each unrated model would have kind of ghostly stars that you can hover over to adjust to the 'correct" rating (0 star to 5 stars?), then click to apply the rating to the model.

This would allow users to better filter their models by use case - example categories could be "realism", "anime, "architecture", or "people"

It would be useful to have unique categories per type of checkpoint as well - as one may want to rate and sort LORA differently than diffusion models..

I've made a standalone program which already does this, but I just started using stability matrix and it's fantastic. Incorporating this functionality into the program would be amazing!
