Hello, When loading models, sometimes a rather long queue accumulates.

There may be cases of repeated downloads of files of the same model in this queue. It seems to me that checking the presence of the model in the download queue can greatly save website traffic. civitai.com and the user's time.

It also makes sense to check whether the requested model is installed when downloading from a link on the site. When downloading a model, clicking on the "Download with Stability Matrix" link adds the model to the queue regardless of whether it is installed.
