Proposal

Python 3.10.11 is 22 months old and has numerous security vulnerabilities. In issue 801 you said you were planning on either upgrading Python in packages or allowing for manual upgrades, please prioritize this. Those of us on managed systems are increasingly unable to use Stability Matrix due to these vulnerabilities.

This is the most urgent matter. I think I'm going to stop using the matrix because of the python version.
