Stopping Stable Diffusion WebUI Forge Forces Browser Closed

What happened?

The browser is errantly closed when stopping Forge.

Steps to reproduce

When you're looking at Packages > Stable Diffusion WebUI Forge and press the Stop button (when Forge is running), this forces closed the browser. Reproducible on Google Chrome on Windows 10.

Sorry about that - if you do not have a browser open before clicking "Open WebUI" this may happen. Until we have a fix, you should be able to open your browser first, and then launch the webUI, and it shouldn't close the whole browser when the process exits.
