Doesn't delete without archive and got my account suspended

I was able to delete a good chunk of my old tweets using the archive option I exported a while ago. When I tried to use it without the archive it didn't delete a single post even though it appeared to be working. My account was then banned the next day. The reason given was Inauthentic Accounts, which includes "Unauthorized automation" in the criteria.
