How to delete using Archive file

Hi, im fairly new to this. Can you explain in detail how i can use the archive to delete all of my tweets? thanks

Paste the script into the console (and add in the personalized twitter tokens for your account) after downloading your twitter archive. Unzip the archive. In the script, make sure to set "from_archive" to TRUE and it will pop open a dialogue box when you run it. Drag tweets.js from the data subfolder into the dialogue box and confirm it.
