[Bug] [MGS2]: Stealth Camo breaking lightning effect during Tanker intro isn't scaled correctly

Issue Summary:

The lightning effect as the stealth camo breaks isn't scaled correctly. These lines appear to be quite similar in nature to the ones present in #90 & #104, so a fix for one may very well fix the other.

MGSHDFix & Game Version Numbers:

MGS2 1.4.1, MGSHDFix v2.2. This issue has been present in the OG Xbox & PC Substance ports, and all versions of the HDC/MC.
