[Feature Request] Add ability to exit game easier.

In MGS2 you cannot exit the game unless you get to a node or kill yourself. In MGS3 you need to exit all the way back to the launcher in order to quit. Having a button such as "esc" or F1 that would show a prompt saying "Would you like to exit the game?" would be a nice QoL improvement.

1. For MGS2, you can just alt + f4
2. For MGS3, enable the "skip launcher" option. Not only does this skip the launcher when opening the game, but it also skips the launcher when exiting the game. If you're worried about language and button options, those can also be changed in the ini file.

Yeah, kinda sucks that we need a node to exit or kill ourselves in mgs2. Hoping they add a button combination that shows a menu to let us exit the game like they did in mgs1.

Relevant but not quite the same, I would hugely appreciate the ability to reset the game to get back to the main menu for MGS2. Versions on other consoles have the shortcut where you can hold the triggers, bumpers and start+select buttons, but it seems to be absent on PC.
