Feature request: Lock vertical camera

Like a dragon ishin already has an option to disable automatic adjustment of the camera. However it only disables automatic adjustment across the horizontal axis (moving the right stick left/right).

Is there a way this mod can disable automatic adjustment across the vertical axis (moving the right stick up/down and having the camera stay there).?

Use case rationale: Any automatic camera movement creates nausea for me.
