Not working with Proton

It crashes on startup not showing anything.

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="version.dll=n,b" %command% in the launch parameters in Steam, also tried different Proton versions (8.x, experimental, GE) and renaming to d3d12.dll.

Has anyone successfully used this with Proton/Steam Desk?
