Create a thank your investors list

When people invest into a project that is funded by OpenSelery we can see that in the Transactions and they could also parse a note. We should publish the list with some notes of the investors like we do it with the transaction history

We should have a magic-string in the start of the message to distinguish from other pay-ins. And only show explicitly marked messages in the public investor list.
