Create a new coinbase wallet for the seleryexample to reduce larger payout when testing

We should use another coinbase wallet for the example:

• Using the same wallet for multiple project is non transparent.
• Using the same wallet increases the risk to payout larger amount
• Usage of a smaller amount allows to test payouts on another branch directly in Github Action by non owner users
