On coinbase you have your Fiat Money budget in € or $ and your crypto budget. For larger amounts of invests, it could be interesting to withhold some of the fiat money and invest it portion by portion. In this way, you are not exposed so much to the high fluctuation that many cryptocurrencies. The value of the fiat wallet is more stable. That's why we recommend not to invest all budget into cryptocurrencies. To still show more transparency we could also show the budget of the fiat wallet in a badge or on in the transaction history. Coinbase allows you to set read-only permissions: wallet:accounts:read : List user’s accounts and their balances.
