This would make the amount of money spent more predictable. AFAIK GitHub Actions can be triggered as cron jobs.

I talked with @krux02 about that. Based on a scheduler you could create a classical monthly payout.

I highly agree with this suggestion. I would even go so far and try to emulate a classical monthly payout for everybody who is listed as a contributor and with their respective salery. The idea here is, as a potential customer of OpenSelery, I would like to see if OpenSelery can take over our normal salery payout as it is. Then if that is done, we can talk about adapting payout on activity heuristics.
