Setting up a usage gallery

It may be worthwhile setting up a usage gallery for different sequencing protocols so people don't have to figure things out themselves (or at least, they only have to fiddle with the lengths and positions rather than having to write the entire scPipe parameter set from scratch).

I could probably contribute a MARS-seq example, and I know people are interested in combinatorial indexing. Bonus points if you have an easy/automated way (not necessarily in the package itself) of creating a plot of the ewxpected construct when you build this gallery.

is there any progress? I am looking for a MARS-seq pipeline where I can include reads that align to multiple regions and generates a bam file.
