FLAMES would reverse the strand

Hi, I have used other stranding software to correct the strand of single-cell long read data, but I found that FLAMES would flip the strand again after barcode matching and extraction. Could you add an option that users can specify whether to reverse the strand based on the barcode found? Thanks
