Hi, the match_cell_barcode binary file was outdated. barcode match should read fuzzy match. I added some description to match_cell_barcode here.

The “Barcode hm match” count includes both exact matches and matches within MAX_DIST hamming edit distances. MAX_DIST is the 5th argument for match_cell_barcode. Fuzzy matches are reads that are aligned to the flanking sequence (because barcodes could not be found within the expected region), and then matched to barcodes within MAX_DIST Levenshtein edit distances (allowing indel).
