Repeat downloading images from the library

Error message from Blender console:

OS: Linux Mint Ursula Blender version: 2.93.6 LuxCore version: 2.6

Every time I load blender and activate viewing the library models, it starts to download again the same image files of the models (1050 preview and 1050 full = 2100 downloads), and of the materials (416 preview and 416 full = 832 downloads) ), from the library. This is exhausting, I have chosen not to open the library so as not to waste time and money on internet consumption.

Hi! Do the preview images show up in the library after download? Can you check if there is a LuxCoreOnlineLibrary_data folder in your home directory with the preview images?

I have a folder configured from previous versions in a specific place that never gave me any problems. I send you the directory structure of said folder. I also comment that when I hover the mouse over any element of the list of images in the library, the zoom of the image does not appear, only a notice appears: Image not found or does not correspond. As you can see in the images sent by me below, the image files are downloaded to my PC. Perhaps the name you are looking for to display the zoom is not the same as the one downloaded from the server and therefore a problem, or there is a problem in the construction of the path to search for the related image. It could also be that the python function used is not the most universal for the other linux distributions. Already the latter happened to me with Meshmachine 0.8.1, they changed the call search function to a necessary file and everything worked wonders.

Perhaps matching the IDs of the resources in the library's database with those downloaded to the users' computers would solve the problem. Sorry if I talk too much, I just try to give ideas about it and be part of the solution, it is never my intention to tell you how to do your job.

The images are only downloaded if they are not available on the system locally. There has to be a problem with checking if the image exists in the data folder. The image names are the same for the download and display procedure. Can you check the latest daily build of the addon?

I checked the last modification they made by changing the file names to lowercase. Let me download it and test if the problem is resolved.

Ready thumbnail and image files full are no longer overwritten. But the thumbnails are not visible on the bar lc-05 .

@maljos Is there any error message in the Blender console, e.g. if you start Blender in a terminal window?
