Unable to re-arrange screens in Display Configuration

When using Lightly application style on a multi-monitor setup I am unable to drag the screens to re-arrange them. When dragging a screen it moves the whole System Settings window instead of the pictured display.

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Graphics Platform: X11 Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620

Can confirm. Manjaro Unstable, lightly-git, Plasma 5.25.2, Frameworks 5.95.0, Qt 5.15.5, X11, same Intel graphics.

Strange, can only drag the whole window if I haven't selected the Display. Once the display is selected/highlighted, it works as normal and I can drag it.

This is caused by the Lightly Application Style Windows' drag mode option when is set to Drag windows from all empty areas the workaround is to use any of the other two drag modes.
