"Flash in progess" screen is without style

Looks like the "flash in progress" screen is without a style definition. Below is comparison to Bootstrap:

In Material the font and the title color are the browser defaults (Times New Roman and black).

@hnyman look like the "flash in progress" page does not have the JavaScript. So I did not write a style for it.

But I'll try to write a simple style to it
