issue: When a fresh new model is downloaded from ollama, you can't hide it unless you edit first

I'd say this is a good-first-issue, but leaving up to you to judge

Also @tjbck , another thing is that if models are hidden, the chat selector still shows the labels of other models (the hidden ones). I suppose that is unnecessary noise....
