Missing intersphinx links to other packages in how-to tutorials

In the "First descriptor computation" section, we have intersphinx links to other packages documentation, but these links are missing in the "Property Selection" example. I'm not sure why, but this should be fixed!

I have the impression it does not work in any of the how-to. Was this always the case or did we broke this?

Might the latter. I will take a look, so far our config looks consistent.
