Add option to save translations

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I think it would be super useful to save translations, some websites have parallel text or translations, so there wouldn't be any necessity to use a translator.

I thought about this feature after discovering a website that has something very similar to what I would like https://www.thegermanproject.com/stories/chicken-little.
