Feature Description
I would like to suggest the addition of an Appointment Reminders and Follow-Ups feature to improve patient engagement and reduce no-show rates.
Use Case
->Automated reminders can significantly reduce no-show rates, ensuring that patients remember their appointments and show up on time. ->Regular follow-up notifications can keep patients engaged with their healthcare journey, promoting adherence to treatment plans and fostering a sense of care. ->By providing clear and timely information about appointments and follow-up actions, this feature can minimize misunderstandings and improve overall communication between patients and healthcare providers.
