[Feat] add skeleton loading when the hospital around page is loaded

Feature Description

when the hospitals-around page is loaded only a simple text is shown instead i will add skeleton laoding which will be more visually appeling to the user

here:

Use Case

to hold the place of the content while the api fetches the data
