[Bug] Fetching location for infinite time after User denied Geolocation

Bug Description?

On Hospitals Around page, when a user denies location access, the system continues displaying "Fetching location" indefinitely. Instead of this, an appropriate message, such as "User denied Geolocation," should be shown to provide clear feedback.

Expected Behavior:

• If the user denies geolocation access, the app should display a message like "User denied Geolocation" rather than continuously showing "Fetching location.
