• Users often struggle to find answers to common questions, leading to frustration and delays in using the site effectively. I'm always frustrated when I have to search through multiple pages or support channels to find basic information about features or services.
• The FAQ popup modal will be a dynamic component integrated into the main page, allowing users to access common questions and answers quickly. This modal can be triggered by a dedicated button or link, displaying a concise list of FAQs.
• The modal will feature a responsive design, ensuring usability across various devices, and will include smooth animations for opening and closing to enhance the user experience.

Use Case

• User Interaction : When users visit the main page and have queries about the product or service, they can click the FAQ button located in the navigation bar or prominently on the page. This action opens the FAQ modal, which displays a list of frequently asked questions.
• Question Exploration : Users can click on specific questions to expand and view detailed answers within the modal, allowing for quick information retrieval without page reloads or redirects.
• Immediate Assistance : The modal can be closed easily by clicking a close button or clicking outside the modal area, enabling users to return to their previous activity swiftly.
