Hover effect of icons in footer

The hover effect of the icons in the footer is not good . I want to add the colors to the icons when hovered. Screenshot 2024-10-07 174006 I would be grateful if you assign me this issue under gssoc-ext , hacktoberfest-accepted.my github username is @Bhanuprakash842

okay, you can add colours but don't add any unnecessary gif's or hover effect on the links @Bhanuprakash842
