Doesn't delete local storage

When I go to Firefox options, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data, I still see sites like ebay and epicgames listed and using storage space. I have all 3 columns checked in Cleanup tab link. I don't have these sites whitelisted. There's the red L over the FMN toolbar icon when I'm on the site. I can see these sites' folders in my Firefox's profile folder in ...\profile name\storage\default.

Why doesn't it work?
