use case

Youtube does not work. I hit the Forget Me Now clean button for the current tab and it clears all the cache. the obvious next step would be to reload all tabs from that site or atleast the currently open one

That sounds like a very weird use-case. Could you post a scenario for which this would be helpful? Normally you'd want to clean all data so it's gone.. if you reload the tabs, the data would probably get set again.

I use this for testing websites whilst developing. I want the new session to start from a complete blank
