[Issue] Constant rollbacks

I have been playing for 6+ scenarios with GH Secretary and the rollbacks are constant. Whether I connect from my phone, my browser, when I switch away or close the app the browser rolls back a turn or five. I have to update my character sheet every time I come into the app because the levels and perks aren't saved.

Is this a problem server-side or client-side? Will hosting my own server help?
