How to maintain seeds

I installed the most recent version. The program will operate normally. Just one question. If you keep a torrent file and want to keep seeding I asked to modify the config file, There is no configuration-specific option in the config file. I want to keep seeding the files I have received. What should I do? And if you keep more than 1000 seeds, is there any program problem?
