I've made a flatpak manifest for the app https://github.com/Lunarequest/ytmdesktop-flatpak. there are some issues related to updating. if the updates are patched out for flatpaks we can submit this to flathub

I've add a patch to disable the updater when running in a flatpak, I'll upstream this shortly. I need to fix some permissions with mpris and this should be ready...

This can be closed since the app already has a flatpak on [flathub](https://flathub.org/apps/details/app.ytmdesktop.ytmdesktop) . #810 exists to upstream pacthes the app uses to reduce the maintaince burden.
