JS-TS-REACT Basic IDE for LunarVim

This setup was inspired by Chris CHiarulli's own LunarVim file organization, the main developer and maintainer of LunarVim, hence "lua/user/debugger/languages". With it, it is possible to debug JS, TS, Jest tests and React applications. I believe it solves issue #7
