Add ViewBinding pool to BaseFragment

This is heavily experimental, and has a chance to cause as well.

This doesn't yet add TV implementation. I wanted to get an opinion on UI etc... before fully finishing it.

Some subtitle settings don't apply when transparency is set to 100%
