Lumi 0.8.3.0 cannot save a file when the video of an interactive video is replaced

Open RHAD1969 opened this issue 2 years ago • 4 comments

Describe the bug I have a file with a Interactive video, without any interaction. When I delete the video I cannot save the H5P. I get the error H5P could not be saved. This happens on multiple systems

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Lumi Version: 08.3.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: create new H5P add a interactive video add MP4 file (powerpoint export) save the H5P view the Lumi replace the interactive video (with the same MP4 file) save the H5P => ERROR: HP5 could not be saved open the 'saved' file => ERROR: Could not open H5P

Expected behavior I expect that Lumi saves the file and that it can be opened

Same problem here with the same version, if the file is saved after a video is replaced and the red “ERROR: HP5 could not be saved” is shown the file is become corrupted and cannot be opened because of an error. I hope this can be fixed soon because the hard work is lost. OS: Windows 10 Lumi Version: 08.3.0

This problem is NOT solved in Lumi version 0.9.1.0 (Windows).

More than a year now, the issue still persists in 0.10.0.0 :-(

Have to recreate the project again.
