Image resources are white in the editor when the content is loaded through file association

I have the same issue. When pasting from one file to another (e.g. Drag and Drop to Question set) the image reference is lost sometimes.

This bug does not always happen, but when copying multiple different questions into a new question set about 70% of the images where not loaded correctly.

This also happens when copying from one content type to another file of the same type like multiple choice question with an image. Following screenshot is from a Drag and Drop file that was copied to a Quiz (Question Set)
