img transformation when image is not accessible

Hi, I have the following problem using your library : In this tag : <img src="http://www.toutlecine.com/xml/logo_tlc_rss.png" /> the image http://www.toutlecine.com/xml/logo_tlc_rss.png is not accessible and the tag is replaced by : <img> and the amp format doesn't allow img without src.
