Add integration with amp-playbuzz

There is a new implementation of a component to embed playbuzz.

We need the amp-playbuzz but i have trouble to implement in drupal. I think it could be implemented in the library side. it should be easy but i need to figure out how to start coding for the library, more documentation here: https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-playbuzz

@renzit can you list all the variations of the playbuzz code on websites? Once you do that, we can do the parsing easily.
