currently we have an option to show the icon of the pinged item. it would be cool to also have an option to show the icon of the pinged entity....
the pinged item gets picked up or despawns, or the pinged entity gets killed or despwans.

Add a configuration option to restrict pinging to players using a Spyglass. All players would still be able to see the pings themselves without requiring a Spyglass.
