xresources matching incorporates the optional name

When matching xresources properties, we match against opt_name, passed through -n

The properties in .Xresources that should be honored will not change their name with this runtime parameter, so e.g. transparency is different in a dwm scratchpad terminal than it is in a normal terminal.
