Folders within folders not displaying correctly

This issue, I observe with hotmail. I don't know if it applies with other email providers.

So I have folders that are nested within folders on my account. When mutt-wizard processes the account's .config/mutt/accounts/xxxxx.muttrc file upon creation, it fails to enumerate the higher-level mail folders, instead skipping forth to the lowest-level subfolder:

So the error is twofold: (1) it won't display the emails within the subfolders at all, and (2) the folders look disorganized on sidebar:

To manually fix this, I corrected the .muttrc file, adding in the top-level folders by hand:

As well, I set the option set sidebar_folder_indent = "yes" so that subfolders are organized on sidebar now:
